I worked with my father, the sculptor Mike Grevatte, for many years and continued making, mending and collecting traditional furniture throughout my 25 years working as a curator. This time spent with some of the country’s greatest collections of beautiful objects has shaped my eye for design and knowledge of traditional joinery.
From my studio within one of Ludlow’s oldest timber framed buildings, I use local timber from fallen trees to create pieces which are rooted in history and made to last.
